This Agreement remains in full force and effect as long as you visit our Site or remain a Member of Destinywaits.com.

Your Membership may be terminated either by you (see our section Setting Profile Inactive) or by Destinywaits.com, at any time, upon receiving a written notice by Destinywaits.com for any breach of this Agreement. All paid membership fees are nonrefundable.

No companies, businesses or organizations will be allowed to sign up as Members of the Destinywaits.com Web site. It is strictly for the use of individuals only.

Destinywaits.com reserves the right to delete any content of a Member's profile (pictures, messages, wording) including the Private Photo Gallery, that violates the Terms of Use of this Agreement, such as:?"

- racism, hatred or physical arm against any group or individual

- pornographic, obscene or offensive language

- phone numbers, Postal addresses, E-mail addresses, URL's, MLM opportunities, chain letters, junk mail

- promotion of escort services

- mass mailing, spamming

- false information to mislead members

- promotion of illegal activities

- any solicitation for funds or advertising

- distribution of any viruses

- buying or selling any products

- usage of the Web site for any unlawful purpose

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your Username and Password.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

If a Member is blocked by several Members, due to a  misconduct such as vulgar language, obscenity, harassment or any other disrespectful manner, his/her membership may be canceled by Destinywaits.com immediately, without warning.

By registering with Destinywaits.com you agree to our Privacy Statement.

Destinywaits.com provides the Service and the Web site on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that this Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to our communications.  

Members agree that Destinywaits.com will not be responsible for any damages of any kind whatsoever, which may arise out of or relate to the access or use of the Web site by Members, including but not limited to lost revenues, profits, business or data, damage to property or personal injury, or any damages resulting from any viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other destructive software or materials.

Any claims against Destinywaits.com shall be limited to the amount a Member has paid, for use of the Web site during a previous 1 month period.
